Welcome to Sugo Gastrobar!

Sugo (which means “sauce” in Italian) was born out of our love of hospitality and the desire to create an experience that fuses classic Italian ingredients and preparations with the innovative, trendsetting approach to cuisine that gastropubs (i.e. gastrobars) have become known for.

Gastrobars are defined by the creative culinary twists woven into their elevated menus, which are traditionally served in upscale (but cozy) environments {in other words, gastrobars don’t just serve pasta… they turn eating pasta into an experience by making it by hand, infusing it with herbs, and tossing it in a sauce made with unique and locally sourced ingredients you wouldn’t have thought of trying together}.

We’d like to think our extensive menu holds something for everyone: inspired small plates and hand-tossed pizzas, to entrees made with free-range poultry, sustainable seafood, and all natural meats. Our large selection of vibrant salads are made with local organic greens and seasonal produce.

Like many Italians, we believe that the best times are had over a glass of wine or an aperitivo. So, whether you would like to join us for happy hour or family dinner, we’ve curated our wine & cocktail list to be as creative and diverse as our menu.
